The 2021 Integrated Health Care Conference is approved for up to 5 hours of continuing professional education credit through the ASU Office of Interprofessional Continuing Health Education for medicine, nursing, psychology, social work and interprofessional continuing education.
A single certificate for the entire conference will be offered to participants who plan to seek continuing education credits. Conference participants who seek continuing education credits must attend all sessions and complete the post-conference evaluation to earn CEUs from these organizations:
In support of improving patient care, Arizona State University is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Continuing Education credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association Office of Continuing Education in Psychology. The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Arizona State University is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards' Approved Continuing Education program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Arizona State University maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive 5 credit hours of continuing education credits per individual session.
This activity was planned by and for the health care team, and learners will receive 5 Interprofessional Continuing Education credit for learning and change.
