Never hesitate to take what you need

Take a moment to breathe and reflect on the last few months and recognize the moments that you have to be grateful for. Maybe it’s a professor who’s been helping you to understand material, the barista who knows your order when you come in right before pulling an all-nighter, or even your dog who curls up next to you finish a paper. With all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it’s good to remember that there are support systems here at ASU to assist you.
