2018 Integrated Health Care Conference
The 2018 Integrated Health Care (IHC) Conference focused on strategies and techniques to put the team in team-based health care. Recognizing that the highest functioning integrated care clinics are those that engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, this conference focused on innovative approaches to developing the integrated care team. The innovative team-based approaches to integrated healthcare presented at the conference addressed medical and behavioral conditions and showed strategies to coordinate and transform management and clinical healthcare systems through team-based solutions.
