How it works

Step 1: Apply for the program.

Step 2: Your application will be reviewed by the selection panel.

Step 3. You will receive a notification if you have been selected to interview after the review period ends.

Step 4: Those who are matched and successfully complete the interview process will then be paired with a research project or study being conducted by Health Solutions faculty or a translational team.

Step 5: After acceptance, you will need to enroll in CHS 280: Intro to Health Research (for first-year students and sophomores) or CHS 494: Health Research Scholars (for juniors and seniors) for the fall 2025 semester. Your academic advisor can assist with any questions about registration.

Step 6: Once the fall semester starts, you begin your research project with your faculty mentor.
