Troy Lovick, MS science of health care delivery '21, recently accepted a position at a CDC funded heart disease and stroke prevention program directly after graduation. 

Adriana Orozco, BS health sciences '19, signed a contract with club team Queretaro from the women’s professional soccer league in Mexico, Liga MX Femenil.

Alphonso Thompson, BS exercise and wellness '13 was promoted to head of strength and conditioning for professional soccer team Sporting Kansas City. 

Austin Gutierrez, BS biomedical informatics '19, co-authored his first publication: Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals profibrotic roles of distinct epithelial and mesenchymal lineages in pulmonary fibrosis. It was featured as the cover story for Science Advances, a peer reviewed scientific journal. 

Jeff Downs, MS biomedical diagnostics ’18, recently accepted the position of vice president and general manager of consulting for Accumen, LLC.

Karishma Mistry, MS science of health care delivery ’16, was recently accepted to Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University.

Talor Migdal, MS science of health care delivery ’16, graduated from the physician assistant program at Touro University in Nevada and went on to pass her physician assistant boards this past November.

Dr. Danielle Gold, DBH ’14, started Fearless Planet, a nonprofit that promotes economic advancement for low-income women while incorporating health and education initiatives. In addition to this work, she currently serves as the director of student counseling at American University of Antigua College of Medicine.

Danielle Bowen-Weiszmann, BS health education and health promotion ’19, began her career as a health promotion specialist with the American Lung Association one week after graduation.

Mollyann Allen, BS exercise science ’96, recently graduated from the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center of Integrative Medicine this September as a fellow of integrative medicine. She now works at a family practice in north Phoenix.
