The School of Human Performance and Lifespan Health prepares students to become practitioners, researchers and leaders dedicated to preventing disease, enhancing human performance and promoting lifelong health. Students build expertise in nutrition, exercise science and lifestyle medicine through hands-on learning in clinical, community, performance and research settings.
