Doing Research in Indigenous Communities Conference

The seventh annual Doing Research in Indigenous Communities conference. Hosted by the Office of American Indian Initiatives and the College of Health Solutions and funded by the Arizona Biomedical Research Centre, this conference offers an opportunity to learn from others working collaboratively to understand and address the research needs of tribal communities.

This year’s two-day conference will begin with a hybrid half-day focused on developing the research knowledge, skills and capacity of students. The day will end with a reception open to all participants. Day two will provide an in-person or virtual option for morning sessions, followed by in-person breakout sessions in the afternoon. All conference sessions are available at no cost.

Meals will be provided for registered in-person attendees throughout the day.

Monday, Oct. 23, 2023
8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. MST (Arizona time)
Reception to follow.
In-person and virtual sessions will take place in the morning. Afternoon breakout sessions will take place in person only.
