Early Language and Literacy ECHO

Program Goal

Our mission is to provide all early childhood professionals throughout Arizona equitable access to high-quality professional development (PD). Increasing access to high quality PD will provide opportunities to increase the knowledge, confidence, and skills of early childhood professionals.

About the ECHO

In this spring series of Project ECHO sessions, we will provide support, tools, materials, and resources for early childhood professionals to promote oral language development in the children they serve. We will explore strategies to engage all children in daily conversations at appropriate developmental levels. These strategies promote responsive, high quality adult-child conversations that support oral language and early literacy development and deepen learning opportunities.

Who Should Attend?

Early Childhood professionals serving children birth to 5 and their families, including:

  • Teachers, Teaching Assistants
  • Family Care Providers
  • Early Interventionists
  • Related Service Providers
  • Directors, Assistant Directors
  • Administrators
