Learning to lead through teamwork in health care
The TEAM IPC ECHO program at Arizona State University empowers students to build essential interprofessional collaboration skills through interactive, case-based learning. Designed to prepare future health care professionals for team-based, patient-centered care, the program connects students with experts from nursing, medicine, social work, pharmacy and other disciplines. Through real-world cases and guided discussions, students learn how effective communication and teamwork improve health outcomes and strengthen collaborative practice across all areas of health care.
