Today’s complex health care environments are examined using a case-based, solution-oriented approach. Faculty are experts in their fields with a breadth of knowledge, research and experience to share with students. Online Master of Applied Science in health informatics

Health informatics combines information technology, computer science and knowledge management to improve health. Master’s courses cover key topics such as fundamentals, database modeling, workflow analysis, clinical decision support and change management.

Program requirements

  • Thirty credits (10 courses).
  • Culminating capstone project, with direct application to the health care organization of your choice.

  • Graduate admission application and application fee.
  • Official transcripts.
  • Resume or curriculum vitae.
  • Two letters of reference.
  • Statement of purpose.
  • Proof of English proficiency.

With the preferred partner discount, the total estimated cost of the program is $25,410.

Online Master of Science in the science of health care delivery

The master’s program in the science of health care delivery focuses on the study and design of the systems, processes, leadership and management used to optimize delivery of health care, with featured courses on health care systems, health economics and payment models, management, finance and process engineering.
