The College of Health Solutions, in partnership with the College of Nursing and Health Innovations, offers the Health Ninja Warrior program as part of Summer Up at West campus. Eighth to tenth graders with an interest in health and wellness learn strategies that benefit physical and mental health. Participants explore innovative solutions to overcome health challenges that affect their communities and learn how they can help bring those solutions into reality. Activities and lessons such as cooking demos, model healthy lifestyles, mindfulness movement practice, stress management, arts and nature inspiration come together to demonstrate to students how health is in everything — and how they can get involved.
