Biography

Dr. McCullough's research centers on the adoption and use of evidence-based approaches to population health and health care delivery. He is particularly interested in analyzing the value that public health services and systems bring to a community through cost effectiveness, return on investment, and econometric analyses.

Dr. McCullough has conducted research analyzing public health finances, partnerships, and the impact of new innovations such as health IT. He has substantial experience working within public health systems at the local and state levels and partnering with health care delivery organizations. He has worked at the National Academy of Sciences and the U.S. Department of State.
