Biography

Dr. Colleen Clemency Cordes is a licensed counseling psychologist, and the Director and Clinical Professor in the Doctor of Behavioral Health Program. Her clinical background and training have almost exclusively been in traditional medical settings, having worked in primary care settings at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, the VA Hospital in Long Beach, CA, the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, MA, and HonorHealth's Neighborhood Outreach and Access to Health (NOAH) clinics. She received a certificate in Primary Care Behavioral Health from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, and completed didactic training programs in biofeedback and clinical hypnosis from the Cambridge Health Alliance, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She is currently on the board of directors for the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA). Her research interests focus on primary care behavioral health and workforce development for integrated primary care.
