Christine Borst

Dr. Christine Borst has a PhD in Medical Family Therapy from East Carolina University and master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University. Dr. Borst spent several years as a behavioral health clinician, most notably working in a rural community health center to design and lead the implementation of an integrated model. She worked for the Center of Excellence for Integrated Care (North Carolina) in various capacities for nearly four years, most recently as the Interim Executive Director. Her research interests include integration beyond primary care, technical assistance, and identification of the needs of patients and families in pediatric integrated care. Dr. Borst and her husband, Greg (the “other” Dr. Borst), a trauma surgeon, live in Colorado with their two daughters, newborn son, and two pups.
