My name is Alexander (Al) Haddad, and I'm a Project Coordinator for the Affinity Networks and Translational Teams Initiative at the College of Health Solutions.

My academic background is in the liberal arts, with specific foci in American culture, politics and literature; ancient Near Eastern, Mediterranean, European and American history; interdisciplinary theology of Abrahamic and Near Eastern religions; postcolonial literature; and critical theories of literature and culture. My spoken languages include Arabic (Modern Standard, Levantine, Maghrebi), French, and Spanish; my written/read languages also include Italian, Portuguese, and Syriac (Chaldean).

My professional background covers a lot of territory, including public relations, managed care organizations, strategic planning, nonprofit management and administration, web development, and project management... along with a few years of freelance editing, supplemented by a night-job in craft mixology. I'm a mixed bag, but I'm always open to learning, collaborating, and exploring new ideas.
