Special Event Management Requirements
The Special Event Management Certificate is a career enhancement program offered to non-degree seeking students and:
- students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (any major)
- those who already have a degree from an accredited university (any major).
Requirements:
- Application to the program is required, and an application fee may apply (pending ABOR approval).
- The Certificate requires a total of 21 credits.
- Students must take 15 credits of required core courses and 6 credits of electives.
- Courses taken as part of a university major may count toward both that degree and the Certificate.
- Students must receive a grade of at least a "C" in order for the course to count toward the Certificate.
